Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering or using any part of the cuci888 platform — including the website, mobile application or related services — you hereby confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the cuci888 platform. Continued use following any notified changes will also be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

User Eligibility

To register and use cuci888 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Not be prohibited from participating in online gambling activities under the laws of your country or region.
• Register on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other individual.
• Not currently be on a self-exclusion programme from the cuci888 platform or any related gambling platform.
• Hold only ONE active account on the cuci888 platform. Owning more than one account is strictly prohibited.

cuci888 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to confirm user eligibility. Documents that may be requested include an identity card (MyKad), passport or other relevant supporting documents.

Account Registration and Security

Each user is only permitted to register one account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different information — may result in the suspension or termination of all accounts involved, including forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

During the registration process, you agree to:

• Keep your account password confidential at all times.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals are processed through payment methods approved by cuci888. The minimum deposit for all methods is RM20, while the minimum withdrawal is RM50.

Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. cuci888 reserves the right to request identity verification before approving any withdrawal. All deposited funds must legitimately belong to the registered user.

Bonuses and Promotions

cuci888 offers various promotions to members, including a welcome bonus of 150% on the first deposit up to RM1,000. All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

Calculation example:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM150 → Total balance RM250 → Wagering required: RM150 × 25 = RM3,750
• Deposit RM1,400 → Bonus RM1,000 → Total balance RM2,400 → Wagering required: RM1,000 × 25 = RM25,000

The general bonus conditions at cuci888 are as follows:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred or converted directly to cash without meeting the wagering requirements.
• cuci888 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time.
• If there is evidence of fraud or bonus abuse, cuci888 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.

Game Rules

• All game outcomes produced by a Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealers are final and cannot be disputed.

• Any attempt to manipulate the system, use automated software (bots) or exploit game vulnerabilities is prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
